My wonderful world of sleeping problems.
Hello,
My name is Dan Cooper. I made this blog to help people address the sleeping problems they have, and to help them find a good solution for the problem. When it comes to sleeping problems(whether real or ones I made up in my head), I have had them all. There have been many nights where I lay in bed for 7 hours straight without ever falling asleep. There are months where I sleep for 10+ hours each day. There are even times when I feel completely tired right after I have waken up for a long 8+ house sleep.
What is the worst is when I haven’t gotten enough sleep, my body goes completely crazy. All my senses are slowed down and I become real dull feeling. The most uncomfortable feeling is when my skin crawls because I am so tired. I never knew if these problems were actually problems with me, or my mind doing playing some freaking game on me.
Fortunately, I have found many ways to solve my sleeping problems, most of which require practice and patients to keep up with. In my blog, I will cover all the problems I have had with sleeping, and the solutions I found to work the best for me. In my posts, I will try to focus on completely natural or organic means to fixing bad sleeping habits or problems.
Anyway, Enjoy my blog as I continuously add solutions to the most common sleeping problems and even some of the rarer ones.
