Snoring Product Reviews: Products That Will Stop Your Snore

Before I get into my anti snoring product reviews on the Sleep Snoring Pillow and the Stop Snoring Mouth Guard, I first want to go over some of the causes and cures for snoring. We should attack the root cause before you buy any products.

The causes of snoring usually are because of temporarily obstructed air passage. This can be for many reasons like if you are overweight, if you sleep on your back, if you sleep with your mouth closed, drinking alcohol before you go to bed, etc. See there are many things that may be causing you to snore, you just might not be aware of them.

Now, if you have no luck with reducing your snore with the above suggestions, you should definitely give these products a try.

I haven’t personally used this guard but it worked wonders for my dad who would snore so loud the windows would actually shake. After about a week with using this thing his snore was 90% better. Not only does it keep you from snoring, it also trains your mouth and jaw how to properly sit to open up your airways. This item can permanently fix your snore in some cases. Check out my full out review of the mouth guard here.

Combined with the mouth guard and this pillow and you won’t hear a peep even out of the loudest snorer(trust me, my father snores pretty loud!). This pillow gently aligns your head during sleep to promote proper airways while sleeping. This does take awhile to get used to, buy after a few days you will love it! Take a look at my review of the anti-snoring pillow here.
