Ever wake up in the morning and feel like your jaw muscles are are locked up? It is possible that you are grinding your teeth at night. If your teeth hurt throughout the day, this could be another symptom of Bruxism(grinding your teeth at night).
The SleepRight mouth guard works wonders. Stop grinding your teeth at night! Check it out here.
When I was younger in my teens, I had a really bad case of teeth grinding, to the point where I started to noticed random chips and divots in my teeth. Often times I would wake up and it would feel as if my jaw muscles had been working all night long. Turns out they were tired from grinding all night long!
The Best Remedy for Bruxism
There is one product that I found to work extremely well for me teeth grinding problem and that was the SleepRight Mouth Guard. While this thing isn’t the cheapest mouth guard for TMJ(runs for just under $60 for the flavored guards) , it is the most comfortable and lightweight of them all. I like this particular mouthguard because:
- It was recommended to me by my dentist to protect my teeth and his dental work.
- Other guards are uncomfortable – this particular guard is very lightweight and you forget about it being in your mouth almost instantly.
- The only guard to permanently fix your teeth grinding problem – It trains your mouth for proper spacing while asleep and helps your muscles relax.
- It comes in two flavor types: cinnamon or mint.
Here are some reviews by users of the SleepRight Teeth Guard
Calvery,
“I no longer wake up in the morning with a splitting head ache or jaw pain because of this mouthguard. It was easy to adjust to fit right into my molars. It took me awhile to realize that I had an actual teeth grinding problem, which I first noticed when my jaw was having problems opening. I slept with this in my mouth for 3 nights to train my jaw muscles to relax at night and put space in between my teeth while im asleep. I have bought two of these so far(lost my first one). I definitely think it is worth the money”. Link to Original Review
I recommend you buy your mouth guard from Amazon. Check it out here.
